We check your design, engrave it and send it out within 3-5 working days. Delivery time then depends on the service you choose at checkout. If you need it for a set date, get in touch before you order.
Because your deck is made to your design, we can't take it back if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged or the engraving isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as it arrives and we'll put it right.
