Christmas Delivery - Important Dates

The last day to order for Christmas delivery is Tuesday 23rd BEFORE 2pm using "Next Working Day". Please note this does not include '3-4 Working Day' delivery, the last day to order these is Wednesday 17th and Monday 15th for '5-8 Working Day' delivery.

Wed 24th December - 9:00-12:00
Thurs 25th December - CLOSED
Fri 26th December - CLOSED
Sat 27th December - CLOSED
Sun 28th December - CLOSED
Mon 29th December - 9:00-17:00
Tue 30th December - 9:00-17:00 
Wed 31st December - 9:00-17:00
Thurs 1st January - CLOSED
Fri 2nd January - Usual opening hours resume.

UK Deliveries

Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2 pm on working days will ship the following working day.

Tracking: You’ll receive an automated email upon dispatch. Tracking may activate later in the evening.

If Nobody’s Home:

• Royal Mail: May be left at a post office or delivery office.
• DPD: Delivery attempted once, then may be held at a parcel shop for collection.
• EVRi: Delivery attempted twice, then may be held at a parcel shop for collection.

UK Delivery Partners

We currently use the following delivery partners:

• Royal Mail- Smaller, lighter items.
• DPD: - Larger items with a value £70+.
• EVRi: - Clothing, Skateboards and medium sized items.
• InPost: - Selected at checkout, limited to smaller items.

If you'd prefer us to use a particular delivery partner for your delivery address, then please contact us as soon as you have placed your order.

Delivery Costs (Mainland UK)

Excluded Postcodes

Due to premium rates, some postcodes are not eligible for free delivery and incur a £5.95 charge:

On-Demand Products: Delivered in 3–8 Working Days

• Delivery Time: Our On-Demand Products ship in either 3–5 or 5–8 working days, depending on the item.

• Important: Orders containing multiple on-demand items will ship together according to the longest service time (up to 8 working days).

International Deliveries (Including EU)

EU Import Duties:

Orders Over €150: You will need to pay local import duties at delivery.

Orders Under €150: Duties are collected at checkout; no extra fees upon delivery.
