Use these Sushi Bearing Spacers in your skateboard wheels between the bearings. They transfer the pressure from the axle nuts through the bearing barrels and onto the skateboard truck. This improves the bearing life by reducing the lateral load and preventing the over-tightening of your skateboard wheels. Made of lightweight Nickle plated steel, 10mm wide, 8mm hole.
