S - Knee: 20-24cm, Elbow: 14-16cm, Wrist: 13-15cm
M - Knee: 21-26cm, Elbow: 16-19cm Wrist: 14-16cm
L - Knee: 22-30cm, Elbow: 18-24cm, Wrist: 15-18cm
Elbow: Using a material measuring tape, measure the circumference around the arm approximately 2-3cm (0.79"-1.18") above the elbow joint.
Knee: Using a material measuring tape, measure the circumference around the leg approximately 3-5cm (1.18"-1.97") above the knee joint.
Wrist: Using a material measuring tape, measure the circumference around the wrist.
