We would like to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution to minimise the risk of spreading infection of COVID-19. We are following the official advice given by the UK government, NHS and WHO. We will continue to closely monitor the changing situation and update our procedures as advised.
Our customer and staff safety remains the highest priority, our hygiene procedures remain consistent with NHS & WHO guidelines and any staff that show symptoms or come in to contact with any known cases will be isolated.
We are politely requesting that any customer that is showing symptoms, been in contact with any Coronavirus cases or is considered to be 'at risk', to please not visit us here at the shop until further notice.
Contact-free delivery has now been implemented by our delivery partners to further reduce the risk of spreading infection. This simply means when you receive your delivery you won't need to sign for it, the driver will mark it as delivered in your presence and take a photo of its delivery location.
Our Current Situation Update:
Our current service level is: NORMAL - Some Delivery Delays
15th April 2020 - to present - We are experiencing higher than normal demand but currently no delays to our dispatch times. Due to the higher volumes of online shopping throughout the UK, we have seen delivery delays from Royal Mail. These delays have been rare, random and not region-specific, at most, typically 3 or 4 days later than expected. Please be aware that you may still get some deliveries from other websites arriving as expected with Royal Mail and some will be delayed. Our current service level is normal*.
24th March 2020 - Following government advice, we have temporarily closed our store in Okehampton but we remain operational for online orders only, our Courier and Royal Mail Collections are continuing as normal. Our current service level is normal*.
*Please note that while we strive to continue our normal service level, under the current circumstances, delivery delays may occur that are beyond our control and we ask for your understanding, you will receive your order eventually.
