Making A Purchase

Please be aware our site is 100% secure and uses Actinic Payments powered by Creditcall, we are 100% PCI DSS compliant.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Please also note that during the Weekend 'Free Delivery' promotion, it will only apply to Mainland UK and not overseas countries. If ordering from overseas your shipping will be adjusted accordingly. Also the delivery terms will only apply to 2-4 delivery and not 24hr.

Postage costs are automatically calculated by our website, at the lowest possible price. However this may not be the quickest form of delivery. You can change the postage option when navigating through the checkout. VAT will also be added to your shipping charge.

Orders received after 12pm (Midday) will not be processed until the next working day. If you need your order urgently then please ring us and we will see what we can do for you.

'24hr' Delivery means the Next working day delivery so please if you have placed your order after 12pm (Midday) on a Friday please do not expect it to be delivered on a Saturday!

Please remember that UK mainland orders over £100 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE. (Orders from outside the UK mainland will be charged at the usual rates for that area).

We reserve the right to reasonably increase shipping costs for non UK mainland addresses, you will be contacted and informed of the increase in postage, and given the option to proceed with or cancel.

Please note that larger items i.e skates, ramps, full setup skateboards etc. will be delivered via our carrier. These items can only be delivered Monday to Friday. If you wish to receive your order on a weekend please let us know although there will be an extra charge.

Delivery Schedule We will despatch your order within two working days of it being placed, subject to stock levels. Delivery time will depend on delivery option chosen. Where we cannot dispatch your order stright away we will contact you and give you the option to wait or cancel. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. At skatwarehouse.co.uk we take security very seriously, with this in mind, we may contact you prior to dispatch to ask additional security questions.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any product for any reason and it is still in its original condition, we will replace, swap or issue a refund.

We offer a fourteen day "cool off" period, allowing you to return any product, for any reason (in its original condition) for a full refund.

Price Match: We will beat any price that can be shown to us on a UK SKATE SHOP WEBSITE, and also that shop must have stock of the said item. Unfortunatley we cant price beat non skate shop companies i.e eBay.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy We will accept any goods back for a 100% refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery (Less the original shipping costs). Goods must not be used and still be in their original packaging unless faulty. If you feel any goods are faulty please call Customer Services on 08445 888 161
